Opened in August 2009, Naypyitaw Junction Centre is the first privately operated shopping centre project in Naypyitaw. There are also supermarket, a restaurant area and advanced Cinema Hall where shoppers may recreate and take some rest after their shopping. Located on Raza Thingaha main Road, in front of Hotel Zone, firstly, the Junction Center has a total area of 62250 square ft. A three story building was constructed in 2011 as an extension to the existing Center which now stands on the total area of 121200 square ft holding 75 shops supplanting the grandeur of the center.

In the center, Internet Wi- fi System is free of charge. Variety of high quality products and branded materials are available at one place. Security arrangement was made for safety of the center and for customers to make shopping peacefully at ease. Private security personals were trained under Security Courses for security of shops and safety of customers and CCTV Cameras were set 24 hours for focusing for safety of customers. The Center has Smoke Detectors, fire Alarms and Emergency Fire Box. Cleanliness Service applying modern Cleaning Materials and Equipment meeting international standard is given here through sanitation personnel. There are also sales festivals either Indoor or Outdoor, depending on the season or according to appropriateness with the time. Stage shows promotion, events, product shop, honoring functions on duration and charity and also Lucky Draw programs are conducted to acknowledge thanks to customers.
