Legendary Myanmar Tour

Upon your arrival at Yangon International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and then transferred to your hotel for check in.

Afternoon is time for our half day Yangon city tour, starting by visiting Sule Pagoda which is Myanmar's oldest pagoda of 2,500 years old. Next, we will drive you to Karaweik Hall, a gold gilded magnificent palace in ship design located on Kandawgyi Lake, a landmark of Yangon. This floating barge is an ideal spot to capture the peacefully setting of the lake, with its tree-lined shores.

As the sun is about to set, experience the wonder of the 98 meter high Shwedagon Pagoda, being left breathless with its vivid color and sacred atmosphere.

After having breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for a domestic flight to Bagan. As you arrive, we will start discover Bagan - the land of thousands pagodas, one after another among green bushes. Start our trip by visiting Shwezigon Pagoda, the first gold pagoda built in Burma enshrining Gautama Buddha's relics, and Myinkaba's Gubyaukgyi - an Indian style pagoda built in 1113 whose exteriors are still in good condition. Next, head to Khay Min Ga, a group of temples with small stupas standing together, offering a spectacular setting, and Ananda Temple which houses four Buddha standing statues - each faces one of the four cardinal directions.

In the afternoon, drop by a lacquer ware workshop near the village of Myinkaba; access Manuha Temple, a two-storey rectangular construction containing three sitting Buddha images and a statue of Buddha accessing Nirvana; and then visit Nan Paya Temple, one of the three pagodas built from sandstones in Bagan and also one of its largest pagodas. As the sun is about to set, head to Thatbyinnyu Temple, highest pagoda to contemplate the view of thousands temples dotting Bagan in sunset - a magnificent and tranquil moment that gives you goose bumps.

Take morning flight to Heho. Upon airport arrival, our guide and driver will take you to Nyaung Shwe and stop at Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery, a red painted construction built entirely from teak served as an education institution for monks. Then visit local Shan family workshop where make Shan umbrella.

Next, we will use private motorboat to take you to Inle Lake. Discover floating gardens, villages, and pagodas nearby; observe Intha people's one-of-a-kind talent of rowing by only one leg. Visit Phaungdawoo Pagoda, local workshops making silk, cotton, lotus weaving, and blacksmith shop to get the honest sense of local life. Overnight in Inle.

After having breakfast, come to the local market in Inle Lake region to see and maybe buy various goods made by Shan State's hill tribe people. Then drive to Kakku via Taunggyi. Stop at Taunggyi Market and then visit Kakku, a marvelous site with 2548 antiquated pagodas and nearby villages experience the lives and customs there.

After having breakfast, come to the local market in Inle Lake region to see and maybe buy various goods made by Shan State's hill tribe people. Next, proceed to Heho Airport for a returning flight to Yangon. Find a way to relax on your own before taking the departure flight in the late afternoon.
