Being one of the two main rivers travelling from the North to the South of Myanmar, making up some stunning valleys and alluvium deltas, Irrawaddy River is the longest river, rising from Tibetan Plateau, flowing through Kachin in the northeast to stretch its length of 2000 km away to the south before separating into many smaller streams to hit Indian Ocean. The river is the life-line that plays an important role to Myanmar's transportation from British colonial time. The tour will definitely give you a great time to experience this mighty river.
